Cancellation Policy
To book your appointment with us, please ensure you have a valid card on file. All New Clients require a $75 deposit that is deducted from your appointment total first appointment. ( Non transferable). Cancellations or rescheduling can be made up to 48 hours before your appointment time to avoid a 50% service fee charge. If you cancel on the day of your appointment, you'll be charged the full service fee of (100%). We offer a 10-minute grace period after which a 100% service fee charge will be applied, and your appointment will be canceled. If you fail to pay the cancellation fee, we'll have to block future bookings, and no-call, no-show appointments will be unable to rebook at Zentiful Beauty.
