Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a valid card and $75 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is due. Which will be applied toward your service total.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations or reschedules after the 48 hour window ( to the time you booked) will result in a 50% service fee
• Same-day cancellations or reschedules will be charged 100% of the service total
Grace Period
We offer a 10-minute grace period.
After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and 100% of the service fee will be charged.
No-Call / No-Show Policy
No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee and will not be eligible to rebook at Zentiful Beauty.
Failure to pay any cancellation or no-show fees will result in future booking restrictions.
